Hollywood stars, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have been seen together for the first time since they broke up in 2016.
The once powerful couple were photographed in the midst of their Beverly Hills meeting on January 30th when they had a three-hour meeting.
It is believed that their meeting was reportedly about the custody of their six kids. These new photos of them together were obtained by WHO magazine and the first since Jolie filed for divorce in September 2016.
Although the two seemed friendly in the photos, a report by celebrity gossip site, The Blast has it that things were tense at a point during the meeting. Pitt was reportedly pacing back and forth outside the office, while Jolie was “visibly upset”. The Blast further went on to report that the “tense” meeting was meant to further hash out details of their custody agreement. Currently, the pair have a temporary agreement set in place, but they are working toward a permanent situation.
It would be recalled that since their split, Jolie has had primary custody of their children but in 2018, a judge ordered Pitt to be allowed more time with the children, since not spending time with him would be “harmful” to them.
In the same 2018, the former lovers signed a new temporary agreement to avoid having to go to trial with their custody case. The agreement gave them joint physical and legal custody of the children, with Pitt slowly gaining more and more time with the kids until 50/50 is reached.
