Born on October 15, 1989, in Watford, Hertfordshire, England, Anthony Joshua is a British-Nigerian professional boxer.

The 30-year-old father of one who recently lost his title of World Heavyweight Champion had prior to his defeat to Andy Ruiz Jr. remained undefeated and had won three out of the four major world championships that are the IBF title since 2016, the WBA (Super) title since 2017 and the WBO title since March 2018. He also won the gold medal at the 2012 London Olympics in the Super Heavyweight category.

According to Forbes, Anthony Joshua has an estimated net worth of $55 million as of 10th of June, 2019 and is placed on number 13 on the list of the world’s highest-paid athletes of 2019.

Joshua has total earnings of $22 million which majorly came from his fights and endorsements. Apart from them, he is also a successful businessman.

He left Showtime in 2018 as part of an eight-year, $1 billion deal between his promoter, Matchroom Sports, and streaming service DAZN.

Anthony Joshua endorses a multiple of brands and products and recently in an article that was published by The Telegraph, there are 13 of such brands which are endorsed by him. Joshua is a marketing juggernaut with more than a dozen sponsors, including Under Armour, Jaguar, Land Rover, Beats by DRE, British Airways and Hugo Boss, Altitude Mask, Sky Sports, AJ Elite Series, Dafabet, Audemars Piguet, Texo Construction, Lucozade, Bxr Gym, Lynx, and StubHub.

Business Ventures

Joshua has partnered with StubHub, allowing fans access to secondary tickets for his fights. Joshua expressed pleasure following the agreement with StubHub.

“We have forged a great working relationship and I am excited to be moving into the next stage of my career with such a committed partner, ”

Joshua said of StubHub.

In January 2017, Joshua assisted BXR, a state-of-the-art monthly membership gym, in opening a new location.

“I spend the majority of my life in the gym, so I know what is required to make a truly great one,”

Joshua said when speaking of BXR.

Joshua’s personal website acts as a conduit to fans, providing links to his partnerships and houses a dedicated e-store touting t-shirts and hats that promote his individual brand.

Clearly, when Anthony Joshua is not pummeling an opponent in the boxing ring, he might be checking out his growing portfolio of wealth.

The English boxer is famous for his luxurious and flamboyant lifestyle but still, he lives with his mother in their Villa in London. He also has a house in Finchley, North London, and one Midlands.
